Meet the Owner of Alpine Christian Counseling Group!
Hi! I’m Natasha, and I’m so glad you are taking the first step toward healing.
I ‘m so glad you’re here
I have a deep, heartfelt passion for supporting women at every stage of life. I especially love walking alongside adolescent girls who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, or OCD — offering a safe, steady presence as they find resilience and hope. As a mother of three, my own experience with birth trauma led me to become a trauma counselor; it shaped my commitment to companion women through the challenges of motherhood with compassion and understanding. I am especially drawn to helping women who have experienced trauma, mothers with young children, pregnant and perinatal women, and those navigating fertility journeys. I honor the courage it takes to seek support, and I’m devoted to creating a warm, welcoming space where healing, strength, and the dream of becoming a mother can be nurtured.
I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, CBT, and DBT to gently help people process trauma. I also take a strengths-based, positive approach to support growth—helping you learn and apply new skills to improve your personal, relational, and work life. My goal is to offer Christian women a trauma-focused counseling approach that respectfully integrates faith with proven, evidence-based treatments.
I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of the Cumberlands.
